A 32 year old Oneonta man is now facing a charge of 4th degree criminal possession of stolen property. The Otsego County Sheriff's Office says following a traffic stop in mid January, Jeremy Morris was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon, possession of a hypodermic instrument and 2nd degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Deputies say Morris was also in possession of a rifle and a shotgun and it was recently discovered that a homeowner in Delaware County reported these items stolen which led to the additional charge. Morris has been held in the Otsego County Correctional Facility since his arrest in January.
