Oneonta Man Accused of Raping a 14 Year Old

An Oneonta man is accused of having sex with a 14 year old girl.

35 year old Robert Gutierrez is charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.

Otsego County sheriff’s officials say Gutierrez is accused of having sex with the girl in the Town of Milford.

He’s free on bail.
