You probably never thought it would arrive: warm weather and with it, fresh produce at the Oneonta Farmer's MarketMother Nature certainly couldn't hold it back forever and thank goodness it arrives this Saturday, May 17th with the Oneonta Farmers Market's first, weekly, open-air market in Kim Muller Plaza in Downtown Oneonta.  Each Saturday from 9am to 1pm, you get the opportunity to purchase fresh, locally raised farm foods.

This Saturday you can get early greens, flowers, pickled vegetables, onions, rhubarb, spinach, parsley, cut and potted herbs, naturally raised chicken, grass fed beef and pork, along with eggs, maple syrup, honey, fruit preserves, baked goods and more.

Enjoy free entertainment this Saturday beginning at 10am with Ron Pleban, performing a wide variety of tunes: everything from Van Morrison to Puff Daddy and some originals as well.
