The Oneonta School District Board Of Education revealed its plans for upgrading and improving district infrastructure and programs as part of the $22 million dollar bond to be put up for a vote May 16.

The district presented its plans at a special meeting last Thursday and among those are a nearly $2 million upgrade to middle and high school classroom spaces for art, music, technology and family sciences classes and an over $2 million upgrade to track, field and baseball infields.
