Oneonta Antique Appraisal Night & More

Dig out those antiques and collectibles.  You may discover you have quite a treasure if you bring it to the Greater Oneonta Historical Society's Antique Appraisal Night, from 5pm to 8pm on Friday, September 4th during Downtown Oneonta's Fabulous Friday.  For a $5 donation per item, you can have expert appraisers take a look at your items and give you their expert opinions on the value.  Appraisers will be auctioneer Kevin Herrick, long-time collectors Al Bullard and Dale & Lynn Price, and Marketplace on Chestnut owner Bob Turrell.

Also coming up is the Grand and Glorious Garage Sale on Saturday, September 12th.   GOHS will set up shop in front of the History Center during the event and is looking for items to be donated for that event as a fundraiser for the organization.  To donate contact info@OneontaHistory.org or call (607) 432-0960 and they'll try to arrange pick-up.
