Town of Stamford residents owning mobile homes can now get help with replacing their dwellings under a new program through the Office of Community Renewal. Authorities say the funding pays to replace mobile homes owned by residents at or below 80% of the Delaware County median income with the town electing to give preference to the elderly and disabled at or below 50% county median income. Public meetings about the program are scheduled for June 7th at the Town Hall on Maple Avenue.

For more information on this program, call or email WCCRC Program Manager Laura Nickel-Sandig at 607.652.2823 ext.104 or email: info@westerncatskills.org.
