NYSP Need Help in Identifying Theft Suspect

New York State Police Investigators at Norwich are looking to identify the man pictured (above and below).

The man was captured on video and is linked to the larceny of two generators, solar lights, propane tanks, a kayak paddle and several signs in the town of Guilford. The items were taken between October 13 and 14 from two properties. The vehicle used in the crime is a maroon colored, four-door Nissan Frontier with a ladder rack, carrying two kayaks.
