NYS Admonishes Worcester, N.Y. Judge for Social Media Use

A Worcester judge is admonished after entering a home owned by his wife then taking pictures and posting them on social media. Prosecutors say William Fisher’s wife inherited the home from her parents and in 2015 he took photos posting them with derogatory comments on the home’s condition continuing the practice for years. Last month the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct publicly admonished Fisher saying he promised to be more prudent in his social media use.
