NY State Transportation Commissioner To Visit Norwich This Thursday

The Northeast Classic Car Museum in Norwich will host an important visitor this Thursday.

New York State Department of Transportation Commissioner Joan McDonald will deliver an executive budget presentation on behalf of Governor Andrew Cuomo Thursday morning at the museum.

Attendees will learn more details of the governor's fiscal plan for 2014-15.
