NY Medical Marijauna Bill Clears Another Hurdle

The Medical Marijuana Bill cleared an important hurdle Tuesday when the New York Senate Health Committee narrowly voted to move ahead on the bill.

The bill must now be approved by the Senate Finance Committee. If it's approved it will then go to the senate for a vote.

The New York Assembly has already passed the bill.
