New York Lt. Governor Kathy Hochul was in Cooperstown on Monday for an appearance at the Northeast Association of State Departments of Agriculture Conference. In her comments Hochul says she wants to see New York provide assistance to upstate farmers much like it has for the food and beverage industry.
