New Berlin Man Arrested in Child Sex Investigation

A New Berlin man is arrested following an investigation into allegations of child sexual abuse. State Police say they were called to a town of Columbus home and were told a child under the age of 14 had been inappropriately touched by Robert West III and that he used social media to send the teenager messages which were sexual in nature. West was taken into custody on Sunday and appeared in North Norwich Court then was booked into jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
