The Milford Fire Department and Emergency Squad just added a new piece of apparatus to its service equipment. The donated 18’ Haulmark enclosed trailer serves a dual purpose not only as a means to haul the fire-rescue UTV, but as a mobile command center for serious or large scale situations.

The trailer is equipped with a communication system, on-board generator, 120 volt electric, 12 volt power capabilities, storage cabinets, interior lighting, as well as exterior scene lighting. According to Milford Fire Chief Donnie Eckler, this piece of equipment was funded completely through donations and will be a valuable asset to the department, the community and to the surrounding communities.
