The STIHL Timbersports NorthEast Qualifier and Oneonta’s Lumberjack Legacy competition is taking place Saturday, June 6th (11:30am to 3pm) and Sunday, June 7th (11am to 6pm) at Damaschke Field in Neahwa Park, Oneonta.

Established in 1985, the STIHL® TIMBERSPORTS® Series assembles the world's top lumberjack athletes to compete in the Original Extreme Sport. Athletes compete in a variety of disciplines based on traditional logging skills to determine the best all-around lumberjack. Disciplines include Hot Saw, Single Buck, Springboard Chop, Standing Block Chop, Stock Saw and Underhand Chop.
