Local Teen Dead in Car Accident

An 18-year-old Sidney Center girl died Friday at Wilson Regional Medical Center In Johnson City following a car accident.

Officials say Jasmine Hromada was driving on Crane Hill Road, near County Route 23 in the town of Sidney Thursday afternoon when she got into an accident.

The injuries from the accident caused the death of the 2013 Sidney Central School graduate. Hromada was employed by Mirabito's Quickway in Sidney and was a resident of Sidney Center.
