The LEAF Council on Alcohol and Addictions is once again hosting the muddiest, teeth gritting event of the year, the TUFF eNUFF 5K Challenge, an obstacle race meant to challenge it's participants to find out what they're made of.

TUFF eNUFF will take place on July 4th starting at 8:30am in Neahwa Park, Oneonta which will be transformed into a full blown 3 mile obstacle course, spanning the park from one end to the other. It is a fun, flat race with 20+ interesting obstacles and features. All proceeds from registration and fundraising will benefit the LEAF Council’s work to help families and youth overcome the obstacles associated with addiction and substance abuse.

TUFF eNUFF is an “open” course. All viewing areas of the course will be available for spectators, friends, families, cheerleading squads, and picture takers. Please note: You must have a TUFF eNUFF race bib to be ON the course. For safety reasons spectators are NOT permitted to enter the actual course at any time (not even for that “great” photo).
