Kirkwood Woman Drives Drunk to Police Station, Gets Arrested

A Kirkwood woman was arrested by State Police in Binghamton on May 7th after driving to the station to register a complaint.

April Florance, 34, of Kirkwood was arrested after a desk trooper detected alcohol on her breath. An investigation determined she had had been driving while intoxicated, and was also in possession of marijuana.

Florance was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana. She refused to submit to a breath test.

She was arraigned in Town of Conklin court and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
