Oneonta Man Found Dead on UAlbany Campus

Police say 18-year-old Jared Trotti, a 2012 Oneonta High School graduate, was found dead in a car at about 7:30 a.m. Saturday at the University at Albany where he had been visiting with friends.

Police say a cause of death for is pending autopsy and toxicology reports but the case isn't considered a suicide or crime.

Trotti had just finished his freshman year at Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania. Calling hours for Trotti will be 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday with the funeral service at 3 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 66 Chestnut St., Oneonta.
