Goodyear Lake Polar Bear Jump to Raise Money for Sick Area Children

This Saturday is the Goodyear Lake Polar Bear Jump to help raise funds for six sick area children.

Organizers for the event are Jaymee and Brenda Waters.

"The community has been awesome this year with their contributions and a lot of people stepping up," Brenda Waters said. "I have about 380 people signed up to do the jump. People used to start doing the jump for thrill-seeking purposes. We find these days it's just really all about the kids. We have four of the parents actually jumping this year. It's amazing."
