He was arrested last week and charged with second degree murder in connection with his wife’s death. Jennifer Ramsaran’s body was found in February in the town of Pharsalia. She had been missing since Dec. 11, 2012.

Ganesh pleaded not guilty in court last week and bail was set at $150,000. District Attorney Joe McBride had asked for no bail for Ramsaran, whom he considered a high risk of running from the law.

Ramsaran was to appear again in court Thursday, but that has been postponed. No new date has been set.
