Former SUNY Delhi Student Charged With Selling Controlled Substance

Delaware County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a 20 year old Port Jefferson man Thursday morning on a Delaware County Grand Jury Sealed Indictment Warrant charging him with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance.

Former SUNY Delhi student Gregory Nielsen is accused of selling cocaine in the village of Delhi during late February and early March, 2013 . Nielsen was arrested in March of this year by Delaware County Sheriff's Investigators and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance following the execution of a search warrant at his residence that led to the seizure of cocaine, digital scales, marijuana and cash.

Nielsen was arraigned before County Court Judge Carl Becker and was released on recognizance pending further court action.
