Here is a property for you.  A house AND a train station in rural Delaware County.  Take a look at what they have done to the historic East Meredith, N.Y. train depot!

This is cool.  Built in 1898, the East Meredith train depot served the Ulster and Delaware Railroad for many years.  The train stopped running through here in 1954. The train station has been renovated with comfortable living quarters but the owners have kept a lot of the old history...including the ticket counter!   Today the depot (along with a residence next to it) is for sale.  To see photos and listing description click here
