One of America's most recognizable celebrities has passed away.  Pete Seeger was 94.

He was an activist and an internationally known folk singer who began performing in the 1930s and continued up to his death.  Some have called Seeger's career the longest in show business history.

He wrote "Where have All the Flowers Gone," "Turn, Turn, Turn," and "If I Had A Hammer."
