A family of three accused of the December armed robbery at the Pit Top convenience store in Hartwick have been located in Volusia County, Florida.

The three suspects are old Christine Lord, 43, Timothy Lord, 45, and their son, Kaine Lord, 21.

The Otsego County Sheriff's Office sent officers last week to meet with the Volusia Police Department. Following interviews, a search warrant obtained in New York was served at a residence in Deltona where the three suspects were found.

The three members of the Lord family are being held at the Volusia County Jail pending extradition back to Otsego County. All three are charged with 1st degree robbery.

The Daytona Beach News-Journal reports that the Lords took up residence in Volusia County shortly after the robbery and that a handgun was used in the commission of the crime.
