EPA Proposes New Rules to Limit Power Plant Emissions

The federal EPA announced Monday proposed Clean Air Act rules that would limit emissions from power plants.

The proposal would limit climate change pollution from the nation's single largest source, existing fossil fuel power plants.

It would also leverage other methods of cutting climate change pollution by offering states and power companies flexibility to achieve needed reductions.
