Authorities say they determined a pick-up truck and flatbed trailer carrying a farm tractor had overturned while trying to navigate a sharp curve.

76-year-old Donald Hebbard of Franklin, who was driving the truck, was not hurt in the crash but fuel was spilled from the farm tractor onto the road and adjacent areas.

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Spill Team responded to evaluate the situation and initiate clean-up action.

Hebbard was ticketed for speed not reasonable and prudent.
