Delaware County Seat Belt Checkpoint Nabs 24

Nearly two dozen tickets were issued last Friday during a Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Click It or Ticket Seat belt Mobilization enforcement traffic check point on County Highway 7 in the Town of Colchester. In addition to seat belt violations deputies handed out tickets for unsuspected and unregistered vehicles, driving without a license and operating a vehicle at speeds not reasonable and prudent. Deputies say Andre Fenner of the Bronx was arrested for marijuana possession and he will appear in town of Colchester court at a later date.
