Delaware County Man Arrested in Assault Investigation

A Delaware County man is arrested in connection with an investigation into an assault that happened in May. Police say Aaron Dumond of Denver, N.Y. tampered with physical evidence from the assault that happened in Roxbury and did so after first conspiring with another unnamed individual. Dumond was taken into custody on Saturday and booked into the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond. He is to appear in town of Roxbury court at a later date.
