There's good news and bad news to share about this coming weekend, November 1st and November 2nd.  You get an extra hour of sleep when you go to bed this Saturday night, thanks to Daylight Savings Time ending.  That means before you go to bed on Saturday night, set all your clocks back one hour.  If you're like me, then that means you've got about 10 clocks to attend to.  I always forget one or two of them.  At least computer clocks reset themselves!

Here's the bad news...now it gets darker earlier in the evening and you feel like going to bed at 7pm.  Is it me or does there always seem to be a price to pay for getting something good?
