Assemblyman Cliff Crouch announced Monday that the $90 million restoration for the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities has been signed into law.

According to Crouch, the $90 million was cut from the budget in March, but Crouch and his Assembly minority colleagues made many attempts to restore the funding in the state budget.

Crouch was a sponsor on the final restoration bill introduced by Democrat Assemblyman Harvey Weisenburg of Nassau County.
