62-year-old Barry Renert is coming back to New York State.

The man accused of menacing a Cooperstown retailer has waived extradition in the state of Virginia. Renert was captured December 23rd in Richmond, Virginia after he fled New York State. Renert will be returned to New York State within ten days for arraignment.
