Congressman Hanna Presents Proclamation to City of Norwich

U.S. Representative Richard Hanna presented the City of Norwich with a proclamation Thursday, recognizing the city's 100 year history.

Norwich Mayor Joe Mauriano accepted the document and spoke about the history of the city.

Commerce Chenango President Steve Craig then talked about how Chenango County was the first in the state to have a county chamber of commerce.
