Two brothers were rescued Thursday after their small boat overturned Thursday in the Susquehanna River near Afton. Authorities say the rescue took about an hour and one of the two boys was taken to a Sidney hospital for evaluation but there’s been no word on the other boy’s condition. Investigators haven’t determined what caused the boat to overturn but say the river’s levels were higher then normal due to the recent heavy rains.
