A Delaware County man is facing a felony count after Deputies saw him driving with a broken windshield.

Authorities say a Deputy saw a vehicle on Phoebe Lane in the Village of Delhi on the evening of August 5 had a broken windshield. When they stopped the vehicle, the Deputy says 30-year-old John Pierre Regazzi of Delhi exhibited signs of drug impairment. 

The driver was charged with aggravated driving while ability impaired by drugs and felony aggravated unlicensed operation. He was also ticketed for an un-inspected vehicle, visibility distorted by broken glass, driving without a license and failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of a change of address.

Authorities say they found Regazzi had more than ten active suspensions on his driver’s license dating back to 2012.
