A Binghamton man is facing felony charges following a crash on Day Hollow road in the Town of Owego June 16.

New York State Police say 56 year old Donald Morrison is accused of driving drunk when he crashed into a mailbox and a tree, causing his vehicle to roll over at around 10:30 p.m.

Officials say Morrison is charged with felony drunk driving and aggravated unlicensed operation since he had two prior DWI convictions in the last ten years and had his license suspended.

Troopers say Morrison refused to submit to a breath test following the crash.

He was sent to the Tioga County Jail with no bail set.
