Big Chuck’s Daughter Calls and Says “Atlanta is Frozen!”

Big Chuck's daughter, Frances, is now living in Atlanta.  She called the other day to report that the city is absolutely locked up and frozen.  Southern cities are not used to this by any means so even a little snow or ice paralyzes the city.

"Dan the Man," formerly of Townsquare Media, is also living in the South now.  He called my show this morning and said some kids were even stranded on ice-bound buses over night. Can you imagine!  Dan works at a college in the Atlanta suburbs now and reported that his college campus was actually closed down today because of the bad weather.

As we look at what we would call "a dusting" in the photos sent from Frances, we should realize that kids were stranded in school buses, there were too many car crashes to even count and more than 2,000 flights were canceled in this unusual southern weather event.

So winter drags on..even in the South!
