Big Chuck Welcomes His First Grandchild! Connor Ray Duncan!

May I introduce you to Connor Ray Duncan, my first grandchild!

Connor was born at noon today in Beaufort, South Carolina.  His Mom is my youngest daughter Katie and his Dad is Sgt. Robert Duncan, U.S. Army.

I don't know what Connor and I will have in common, maybe a love for politics, art, reading and of course Country Music.  But since he came into this world at almost ten pounds I think I know something we will have in common!

God Bless you Katie and Robert.  Good job!  Thanks to Katie's mom and Robert's mom for all the support "on the scene."

On behalf of Grandpa Big Chuck, Grandma Trish, Frances, Abby, Joey, Stella and all of your dozens of New York aunts, uncles, cousins and yes, your 87-year old great-grandmother Kate, we welcome you to the clan, Connor!  As my Dad used to say, "Pull up a chair, what's another one at the table!"
