Big Chuck Says: “One of the Most Amazing Old Oneonta Photos Ever!”

This is an incredible photograph.  A listener sent it too me recently.  It doesn't have any information to go with it, so I am looking for clues.  Obviously, it appears to be mid-construction during the Downtown urban renewal activity from years ago.  What year?  I don't know.

I love this completely unstaged photo.  I can only imagine the nightmare, not only for city residents, but for all of the Main Street businesses that had to endure this nightmare during construction.

Anybody got any clues no this great old Oneonta picture/
