Baseball Hall Announced Endowment Campaign

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum announced the creation of the “Campaign to Preserve Our National Pastime” which has the goal of building a $30 million endowment for the Cooperstown-based institution.

According to a news release the endowment received 100% participation from the Museum’s Board of Directors and a gift of $10 million from Major League Baseball, on behalf of its 30 teams. The endowment will allow the Museum to keep pace with advancements in exhibition and conservation technology.
