The man who allegedly threatened his former boss with a gun December 3rd is back in New York.

Barry Renert, 62, was returned on Sunday after waiving extradition in Virginia.

According to police Renert entered the Seventh Inning Stretch baseball memorabilia store in Cooperstown and confronted his former boss with a gun. The owner then pulled a gun and fired at Renert.

Renart was later arrested at a bus station in Richmond, Virginia. He was arraigned in Cooperstown Village Court, charged with burglary, and is being held at the Otsego County Correctional Facility on $500,000 cash bail. He will return to Cooperstown Village Court on January 8th.
