Arrest Warrant Issued For Legendary Crooner

According to TMZ.com, a judge in Los Angeles has issued a warrant for the arrest of singer Pat Boone.  He is wanted after missing a court appearance in connection to a cruise ship condo lawsuit.

TMZ reports that the 79 year old singer has found himself embroiled in a messy legal case after buying an apartment on a passenger ship. The report says the company behind the project was ordered by a court to pay 800,000 dollars in legal costs, and when the payout order wasn't fulfilled, lawyers began targeting people who bought condos. Boone was subpoenaed but didn't show in court, so thew judge issued the arrest warrant.

Personally, I think some kind of warrant should have been issued years ago when Boone recorded that album of heavy metal cover songs.
