Area Man Arrested on Felony Child Pornography Charges

A Richfield Springs man is facing felony child pornography charges following a State Police investigation. According to authorities 40-year-old Mark Osterhoudt was arrested last Monday after a search warrant was executed by troopers along with the State Police Computer Crimes Unit and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Investigators located several items containing child pornography. Osterhoudt was arraigned in the village of Richfield Springs Court where he was remanded to the Otsego County Jail on $3,000 cash bail or $6,000 bond.
