Two Delaware County agencies will get a New York State grant for their work to renovate homes owned by those with low incomes. $290,000 in funding from the New York State Homes and Community Renewal Affordable Home Ownership Development Program goes to M-ARK Project, for the acquisition and rehabilitation of approximately 10 homes and a $600,000 grant will go to Delaware Opportunities for the acquisition and rehabilitation of approximately 15 homes. A total of $7.5 million was awarded statewide.
