On Saturday, January 5 we hosted three guests on our weekly community affairs program "This Week in Central New York."

Big Chuck talked with Katie Lossi about her drama group's presentation of "Clue: The Musical."  This OHS Blue and Gold Guild production features many young, budding stars and several of them accompanied Lossi into our studios for an interview.

Big Chuck also conducted the first part of a two-part interview with New york State Senator Jim Seward of Milford.  Sen. Seward was just sworn in for his 17th term in Albany and he discussed his priorities for the coming year.  The second part of the interview with Sen. Seward will air on next week's program.

Leslie Ann talked with Lindsey Gifford.  She is the Director of Instructional Support Services for the Laurens Central School District and a cancer survivor.  She told of the events surrounding the upcoming Coaches vs Cancer basketball tournament at Laurens Central School and all the support she personally received from the American Cancer Society.  Since our interview with Lindsey, that event has been rescheduled from January 12 to January 20.  You can get more information at www.laurenscs.org.
