Members of the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, along with K-9 “Ozzie”, Walton Police Department and Delaware County Probation Department recently executed a Search Warrant at the Townsend Street, Walton residence of 29 year old Cory Costello and 27 year old Antonio Felice. The search led to the seizure of a number of individual glassine envelopes of heroin, baggies of “bulk” packaged heroin, prescription controlled substances, hypodermic instruments, marihuana and nearly $500 cash. And upon his arrest, Felice was in possession of a NYS Public Assistance Benefit card. Costello and Felice were each charged with the class B felony offense of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, a class D felony. Both are expected to face additional charges in the future. Both defendants were arraigned in the Town of Walton Court before. Felice was ordered to be held in lieu of $100,000 cash bail. Costello was ordered to be held in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
