Joyce Knuth, born and raised downstate New York, worked at multiple hair salons downstate NY, NYC, and upstate NY. In 2011 she decided to open her own shop downtown Oneonta at 9 Elm Street. She is skilled in all types of hair. Exhibited by the services offered, Joyce continues to maintain older and upcoming trends in style for hair, nails, make-up and more.
